These are my abs. I’ve been on a mission to loose weight for quite some time now. And unfortunately don’t have any before pics, but I’m on the road to a slimmer, more toned ME. I don’t believe being super skinny is the key. I have curves & finally after all these years have accepted that. I have a few more pounds to go. Keep fit & keep healthy.
